各大利好政策和市場(chǎng)因素，推動(dòng)國(guó)內(nèi)儲(chǔ)能產(chǎn)業(yè)再迎需求增長(zhǎng)。

4月4日，廣州鵬輝能源科技股份有限公司（下稱“鵬輝能源”）發(fā)布公告，公司擬在浙江、河南分別建設(shè)儲(chǔ)能電池項(xiàng)目。

位于浙江省的全資子公司衢州鵬輝能源科技有限公司，擬投資約70 億元人民幣，新增建設(shè)年產(chǎn)21GWh儲(chǔ)能電池項(xiàng)目；

位于河南省的全資子公司河南省鵬輝電源有限公司，擬投資約3億元人民幣，計(jì)劃新增擴(kuò)建一條長(zhǎng)循環(huán)、高能效大型儲(chǔ)能用鋰離子電池生產(chǎn)線，并新購(gòu)置自動(dòng)化、智能化生產(chǎn)設(shè)備等。

據(jù)公告顯示，兩個(gè)項(xiàng)目預(yù)計(jì)投建總計(jì)時(shí)長(zhǎng)將超過(guò)3年，計(jì)劃于2023年6月底前開工建設(shè)，于2026年12月底前建成投產(chǎn)。公司稱，本次投資將進(jìn)一步完善產(chǎn)能布局，增強(qiáng)儲(chǔ)能業(yè)務(wù)的影響力和綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。

鵬輝能源成立于2001年，主營(yíng)綠色高性能電池的研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)及銷售。2011年開始進(jìn)入儲(chǔ)能領(lǐng)域，主要客戶包括中國(guó)鐵塔、中國(guó)移動(dòng)、陽(yáng)光電源、天合光能等。2020年開始布局戶儲(chǔ)，2021年其全球戶儲(chǔ)電池出貨量便進(jìn)入前三。

按照鵬輝能源發(fā)布業(yè)績(jī)預(yù)告，公司2022年預(yù)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)凈利潤(rùn)6億元至6.92億元，同比增長(zhǎng)228.89%至279.28%。報(bào)告期內(nèi)持續(xù)加大儲(chǔ)能市場(chǎng)的開拓力度，儲(chǔ)能電池業(yè)務(wù)收入同比大幅增加，汽車動(dòng)力電池業(yè)務(wù)收入同比也有較大增長(zhǎng)，消費(fèi)電池業(yè)務(wù)保持平穩(wěn)增速。公司計(jì)劃在未來(lái)3-5年繼續(xù)進(jìn)軍國(guó)際市場(chǎng)，跨越200億元營(yíng)收。

Great power invested 7 billion yuan to build an annual production of 21GWh energy storage battery project

Various favorable policies and market factors are driving the domestic energy storage industry to meet demand growth again.

On April 4th, Guangzhou Great PowerTechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Great power") announced that the company plans to build energy storage battery projects in Zhejiang and Henan respectively.

QuzhouGreat power Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary located in Zhejiang Province, plans to invest approximately 7 billion yuan in the construction of a new 21GWh annual energy storage battery project.

HenanGreat power Supply Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary located in Henan Province, plans to invest approximately 300 million yuan in the expansion of a long cycle, high-energy efficient large-scale lithium-ion battery production line and the purchase of automation and intelligent production equipment.

According to the announcement, the total construction time of the two projects is expected to exceed 3 years, and they are planned to start construction by the end of June 2023 and be completed and put into operation by the end of December 2026. The company stated that this investment will further improve the production capacity layout, enhance the influence and comprehensive competitiveness of the energy storage business.

Great power was established in 2001, specializing in the research and development, production, and sales of green high-performance batteries. Since 2011, we have entered the energy storage field and our main customers include China Tower, China Mobile, Sunshine Power, and Trina Solar. Starting from 2020, the layout of household storage began, and in 2021, its global shipment of household storage batteries entered the top three.

According to the performance forecast released by Great Power, the company is expected to achieve a net profit of 600 million yuan to 692 million yuan in 2022, a year-on-year increase of 228.89% to 279.28%. During the reporting period, continuous efforts were made to expand the energy storage market, resulting in a significant increase in revenue from the energy storage battery business compared to the same period last year.

The revenue from the automotive power battery business also showed significant growth compared to the same period last year, while the consumer battery business maintained a stable growth rate. The company plans to continue to enter the international market in the next 3-5 years, with a revenue of over 20 billion yuan.
