從手機(jī)到車載領(lǐng)域，光學(xué)鏡頭行業(yè)找到了新的興奮點(diǎn)。

通過深入走訪了解，潮電智庫(kù)對(duì)目前車載鏡頭廠商做出月度出貨量數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析，其中舜宇光學(xué)車載鏡頭出貨量全球第一，市場(chǎng)份額占比超過三成；聯(lián)創(chuàng)電子高端產(chǎn)品領(lǐng)銜市場(chǎng)，在技術(shù)端實(shí)現(xiàn)突破后，開始以高舉高打的模式，不斷擴(kuò)充產(chǎn)能以滿足市場(chǎng)需求。

2023年1-2月車載鏡頭TOP10廠商總出貨為28.42KK，其中舜宇光學(xué)以17.10KK位列榜首，聯(lián)創(chuàng)電子以技術(shù)流派位列第二，當(dāng)然這也得益于新勢(shì)力車企的放量，在往期潮電智庫(kù)公開的車載視覺系統(tǒng)拆解中，理想L9、蔚來ET7、飛凡R7、小鵬G9、極氪001等車型都見到了舜宇光學(xué)和聯(lián)創(chuàng)電子的身影。

國(guó)內(nèi)某代表性鏡頭廠商高管告知潮電智庫(kù)，相比其他行業(yè)，車載鏡頭對(duì)產(chǎn)品的精度要求更高。“從研發(fā)、模具到模造玻璃，是對(duì)生產(chǎn)核心制造能力的考驗(yàn)。”

潮電智庫(kù)調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)表明，2022年中國(guó)乘用車市場(chǎng)（不含進(jìn)口車型）配備環(huán)視攝像頭的車型為609.8萬(wàn)輛，同比增長(zhǎng)31.7%；裝配率也從2021年的21.5%上升至30.6%。其中，中國(guó)自主品牌環(huán)視攝像頭裝配量448.5萬(wàn)輛，裝配率48.6%，遠(yuǎn)高于德日美等外資品牌。

中國(guó)已是全球車載攝像頭市場(chǎng)的領(lǐng)跑者。從前視、后視、側(cè)視、內(nèi)視到環(huán)視，不僅是各類攝像頭力量的角逐場(chǎng)，更是車載視覺感知系統(tǒng)的新革命。

From mobile phones to the vehicle, the optical lens industry has found new hope.

Through in-depth visits, we have conducted monthly shipment data analysis on current car lens manufacturers. Among them, Sunny Optics has the world's largest shipment volume of car lenses, with a market share of over 30%; LCE leads the market in high-end products, and after achieving breakthroughs in technology, it continues to expand its production capacity to meet market demand through a high-flying model.

From January to February 2023, the total shipment of the top 10 vehicle lens manufacturers was 28.42KK, with Sunny Optics ranking first with 17.10KK, and LCE  ranking second with technology genre. Of course, this is also due to the expansion of new power car companies. In the dismantling of car vision systems publicly disclosed by Electrend  in the past, models such as the Li Auto L9, NIO ET7, Risingauto R7, Xiaopeng G9, and ZEEKR 001 have all seen the figures of Sunny Optics and LCE.

A representative lens manufacturer executive in China informed Electrend  that compared to other industries, vehicle lenses have higher requirements for product accuracy. From research and development, molds to glass molding, it is a test of core manufacturing capabilities in production.

According to research data from Electrend , the number of models equipped with proximity cameras in the Chinese passenger car market (excluding imported models) in 2022 was 6.098 million, a year-on-year increase of 31.7%; The assembly rate has also increased from 21.5% in 2021 to 30.6%. Among them, the assembly quantity of Chinese independent brand panoramic cameras is 4.485 million, with an assembly rate of 48.6%, far higher than foreign brands such as Germany, Japan, and the United States.

China has become the top in the global car camera market. From front view, rear view, side view, interior view to surround view, it is not only a competition for the power of various cameras, but also a new revolution in vehicle visual perception systems.
